Skipping

Skip with both feet at same time on ball of your foot.

Side lunge to leg lift.

10 on each side

Lunge sideways, stock bum out and look up. Then push off and catch yourself on the other leg and pull knee up.

Bar hang

10 sec 4 times

Try to slightly bend your elbows. Dont relax them all the way. Keep head upright.

Wall sit

10 sec 4 times

Sit with straight upright back against wall. Head, shoulders bum touch wall, knees 90degrees. Feet flat.

Posterior Power Line

4 sec 4 times on each leg

1. Lift body up 2. Lift one leg 3. Hold for 4 sec 4. Repeat 4 times on each leg

Mountain climbers

Keep your head up. Always have 1 foot on the ground so switch in the air. Pull your abs towards your spine. Push with your upper back up and elbows down into floor.

Scorpion

5 towards each side. In the video my arms are straight but I want you to bend it.

Ly on stomach with one arm out in "hands up" position. Put other palk flat on floor by your face. Lift opposite leg off the floor, bend knee and reach with toe over body to floor, knee pointin up to the ceiling.

Cat stretch

6-8 slowly

Take deep breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Close your eye and feel your spine bend like a rainbow from your scull to your tailbone. And then like a smiley again from base of your scull to tailbone.
